We guarantee the quality of our workmanship on all products we produce. Our products are personal care items and we cannot accept returns/refunds/exchanges, as we do not resell used products. If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will happily refund the product at no additional cost to the purchaser, this includes shipping costs.
